Hey There
Welcome to my story! From competing as a Division 1 athlete in college to working as an ICU travel nurse during the pandemic, my life has been a constant transformative experience. I've lived in a conversion van, guided white water rafting trips and now I’m embracing the joys and challenges of motherhood while pursuing my dreams of energy work.
All About Me
I was Born and raised in Spokane, WA to a loving family. My childhood will filled with adventure, freedom and a lot of play. In my middle school years my biological parents could no longer care for my brother and I due to health issues. My father suffered a stroke while my mother's mental health deteriorated. I was invited to live with my best friend's family for my highschool years where my focus shifted to running and sports. My running career carried me into college at WSU where I competed in track & field and cross country at the D1 level. My interest from running dissipated as I narrowed down on studying nursing. I graduated with my BSN in 2017 and moved to Missoula, Montana to be trained in the speciality of ICU nursing (intensive care). After a few years in this specialty, I decided to work as a travel nurse to fulfill my need for adventure and excitement. I eventually moved all of my belongings into a conversion van and lived on the road for a few years, with my dog Marley as my companion. Feeling burnt out from nursing, I took a leap of faith and was trained to work as a raft guide in Durango, CO. This bold transition cracked my heart wide open as it taught me to live in love and trust that "everything is always working out for me." A mantra that I still repeat to myself daily and have written on a notecard on my bathroom mirror. This is about the time my spirituality became the main theme of my life. I felt so much love with surrender and I wanted to learn more about this source of energy I was experiencing and energy work itself. I met my partner, became unexpectedly pregnant and we moved back to Spokane to start our family. I worked as a nurse for another year while studying reiki, somatic practices and sound therapy. I birthed my beautiful daughter, Wren, and we made all the sacrifices necessary to stay home with her as my mother’s intuition couldn't accept any other path. Building a career in energy work is my dream and my calling. Whether I was working as an ICU nurse or a white water raft guide, people placed their lives in my hands and trusted me to do my job. I believe the trust to hold space for someone during energy work is just as meaningful and sacred, if not more. My daughter encourages me to pursue my dreams and to continue learning how to live in the highest frequency of love and authenticity.
