Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Mide Integrative Therapies is located in the Steam Plant building downtown Spokane, WA on Lincoln Street.

When you arrive to this beautiful space you will find a yoga mat and blanket perfectly laid out for you as well as bolsters provided for additional comfort. As you begin to settle in, I will guide you through intention setting, breathwork and help ease you into a guided sound healing meditation. I use crystal sound bowls, chimes, incense, essential oils from the highest quality and I channel reiki energy to send to those who wish to receive it.

This 60 minute sound bath is enough time to feel rested, held and to truly allow your energy to shift. You will leave feeling lighter, rested and more in-tune with yourself.
